Job Requirements
- Must have a qualifying disability documented by a third party such as a healthcare provider
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to demonstrate basic knowledge of cleaning standards
- Must be able to operate cleaning equipment safely
- Must pass all required background checks
- Ability to work in hot, cold, humid, or dusty environments
- Must be able to perform physical functions including bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting
- Ability to communicate appropriately and ethically
- Must comply with all department and company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Operate custodial and janitorial equipment such as buffers, carpet cleaners, and floor strippers to maintain facility cleanliness
- Prepare appropriate cleaning solutions following proper procedures
- Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop floors and offices
- Empty trash containers and replace trash bags, discarding trash properly
- Clean restrooms in accordance with safety and hygiene protocols
- Monitor inventory and report cleaning supplies needs to management
- Adhere to OSHA standards for chemical and equipment use
- Communicate effectively and ethically with staff, co-workers, and customers
- Comply with company policies and safety procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
