Job Requirements

Must be able to lead at least three custodial workers
Must have functional experience and knowledge of housekeeping facilities and equipment
Must have experience using cleaning and sanitizing solutions
Must be able to clean and adjust powered cleaning equipment
Must be physically able to frequently lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Must be able to continuously stand, bend, stoop, and reach for long periods of time
Must be able to follow oral or written instructions and speak English
Must be open to schedule flexibility including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts

Job Qualifications

Ability to lead custodial teams
Functional experience in housekeeping facility and equipment management
Experience with cleaning and sanitizing solutions
Skilled in operating and adjusting powered cleaning equipment
Experience in a military lodging or commercial hotel environment
Ability to plan and coordinate cleaning assignments
Good communication skills in English
Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently

Job Duties

Lead 3 or more custodial workers to accomplish housekeeping assignments
Demonstrate knowledge of facility and equipment in housekeeping
Use cleaning and sanitizing solutions properly
Clean and make adjustments to powered cleaning equipment
Perform the full range of cleaning duties
Plan, coordinate, and time sequence steps to meet work assignment deadlines
Follow oral or written instructions and communicate effectively in English
