Job Duties
- Supervise custodial staff and assign work to ensure full campus coverage during the day
- train, coach, and support employees to meet performance expectations
- inspect classrooms, restrooms, and common areas to confirm cleanliness and safety
- act as a visible point of contact for students, faculty, and staff and respond to requests
- coordinate schedules and staffing to maintain efficiency
- monitor inventory and distribute materials as needed
- enforce safety standards and procedures
