- Previous custodial experience required
- previous experience in a supervisory or related role preferred
- must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision
- able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
- maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers
- adaptable to guest needs

Job Duties
- Schedule and assign daily work assignments to a custodial team
- lead all aspects of completion of tasks
- adhere to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations
- maintain a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others
- accurately clean and maintain housekeeping equipment
- clean assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements
- follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transport it to designated areas
- report maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
- secure the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
- ensure security of company assets
