This position of Custodial Cleaner is based at an OCONUS location, requiring 100 percent onsite presence. The Custodial Cleaner role is an essential part of the KBR/NSS Intel division, a branch that upholds the legacy of supporting crucial missions for defense and intelligence sectors by delivering exceptional life-cycle solutions. The Custodial Cleaner will play a vital role by maintaining cleanliness and order within residential and commercial facilities. Attention to detail and safety consciousness are paramount in this role as they ensure that the environment remains not only visually clean but also safe and hygienic for all occupants.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of routine and specialized cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and managing waste disposal. They must be adept at floor care procedures, carpet cleaning, and laundering linens as applicable, with a strong focus on adhering to company and safety standards. Effective communication skills are necessary for interacting with clients and team members to provide high-level customer service and accommodate any specific cleaning requirements. The Custodial Cleaner will also support industrial cleaning efforts by utilizing appropriate equipment and following strict safety protocols to handle chemicals and cleaning agents responsibly.

This role requires proactive organization and time management capabilities to follow cleaning schedules efficiently and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly. As the company operates within a secure environment, candidates must hold an active Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance. A high school diploma or GED equivalent along with at least one year of experience in custodial duties or related roles is expected.
