Custodial Cleaner

This role is part of the KBR/NSS Intel division, focusing on supporting some of the most important missions in national security and defense sectors. The Custodial Cleaner position is located at an OCONUS site and requires the individual to be 100% onsite. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and well-maintained environments across residential and commercial properties that KBR supports. This is a contingent position based on contract award and includes the responsibility of ensuring all areas comply with company standards for cleanliness and safety.

As a Custodial Cleaner with KBR, you will be responsible for performing a range of cleaning tasks that are essential to creating a professional atmosphere and supporting daily operations. You will conduct routine and deep cleaning services such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, carpet cleaning, and linen laundering. Your role will also encompass the maintenance of restrooms and common areas, ensuring these spaces are stocked with necessary supplies. Alongside these tasks, you will need to follow strict safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to protect yourself and others.

Effective communication is key in this role, as you will interact with clients and staff, addressing specific cleaning requests and concerns to maintain customer satisfaction. Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during your daily duties is also crucial to support smooth facility operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and uphold the high standards expected by KBR.
