Job Requirements
- Must possess an active secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI w/ poly level clearance
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years' experience in custodial work or equivalent positions

- ability to operate cleaning machines such as buffers, scrubbers, vacuums

Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are maintained to high standards
- perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash bins
- conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- conduct carpet cleaning and laundering of linens as needed
- maintain a high level of customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns
- follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment and have knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components
- assist in organizing cleaning schedules and managing time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks
- assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repair or maintenance needs to management
- maintain cleanliness in restrooms and common areas, ensuring supplies are stocked
- support industrial cleaning efforts by following safety protocols and using appropriate cleaning equipment
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
