Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality or aviation management
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- active individual development plan and current with internal training
- strong communication and collaboration skills
- ability to manage dynamic priorities and multiple objectives
- proficiency in PC skills including MS Office and company software
- capability to work the 12pm-10pm shift with potential flexibility
- demonstrated adaptability and service-oriented mindset
- ability to de-escalate client concerns professionally and empathetically
- consistent performance and attendance record for at least one year
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's in hospitality or aviation management
- 4-6 years of experience in related roles
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency with MS Office and specialized software including IJet II and ETM
- demonstrated ability to partner and manage internal and external relationships professionally
- detail oriented with ability to prioritize multiple objectives
- ability to make on-demand decisions with little or no supervision
- proven ability to recognize and address operational issues
- experience in fractional aviation or related operational cross-training
- consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations for at least one year
Job Duties
- act as the main contact for the client’s day-of flight and provide information or changes to trip
- communicate pertinent trip impacting information such as aircraft changes and flight delays while maintaining professionalism, attentiveness, and active listening
- address and de-escalate client’s concerns by communicating with empathy and knowledge of operational requirements
- consult with clients on optimal trip solutions for day-of flights utilizing Owner Services and operational knowledge
- collaborate with internal and external business partners to ensure correct and timely communication with the client
- proactively identify issues that may impact a flight and facilitate problem solving through cross-departmental collaboration
- review flights to ensure proper setup and monitor for impacts or other issues
- manage delays, recoveries, or other trip impacting issues via strong collaboration and adaptability
- communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of employees, management, owners, and vendors
