Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in food service preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and Saturdays
  • Good moral character and trustworthy with finances and inventory
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required in restaurant operations
  • Must be in good standing with peers and leadership
  • Willingness to lead by example and perform duties as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Prior Chick-fil-A experience
  • ServSafe Manager Certification preferred
  • Proven track record of operational success
  • Strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness
  • Ability to delegate and communicate effectively
  • Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members

Job Duties

  • Manage assigned stations for entire shifts including opening and closing
  • Ensure all team members follow recipes and order accuracy guidelines
  • Oversee safety and security procedures including cash handling and equipment troubleshooting
  • Delegate tasks and hold managers accountable weekly
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness including dining area, restrooms, and parking lot
  • Address guest concerns and escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Support Director of Operations with input on daily operations and labor productivity
