We are currently seeking dedicated and positive individuals to join our back-of-house culinary team. This role is ideal for passionate cooks who want to develop their culinary skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, making it flexible to fit various schedules. Starting wages are competitive, beginning at $15 per hour with the potential for raises based on performance and experience. Culinary team members have the opportunity to earn $18 or more per hour, reflecting their skill level and talent, with pathways available for growth into Culinary Leader roles.

As a member of the back-of-house team, you will be an integral part of bringing Taco Mama’s delicious menu to life. You will work alongside experienced chefs and kitchen staff receiving excellent training and ongoing support designed to help you excel.
