We are currently seeking a dedicated Culinary Team Member / Line Cook to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to the successful operation of our corporate dining kitchen, blending hands-on food preparation with a strong customer service focus. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking quality meals in a visible kitchen environment where guests can observe the process. Your role is not only about cooking but also about creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere by engaging directly with guests, answering their questions, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, complemented by a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19 to $21, and includes full benefits. No nights or weekend shifts are required, and some holidays are given off, providing a balanced and predictable work schedule.

In this role, you will follow standardized recipes and portion controls while adhering rigorously to food safety guidelines. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential, as is collaborating effectively with a small team to manage peak service times smoothly. Your ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment will be paramount to success.
