Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of experience in full-service kitchen operation
  • culinary management or kitchen supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to manage and motivate kitchen staff
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
