Job Duties
- Guarantee food quality by cooking and preparing to order, adhering to kitchen procedures
- Monitor food waste and inventory levels, address food quality challenges
- Foster a strong teamwork culture between back-of-house and front-of-house crew
- Mentor crew members to develop their skills as future culinary team leaders
- Communicate effectively with crew members and customers to ensure excellent customer service and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment
- Oversee kitchen equipment to ensure proper maintenance and prompt repairs on any malfunctioning tools
