Job Duties

  • Guarantee food quality by cooking and preparing to order, adhering to kitchen procedures
  • Monitor food waste and inventory levels, address food quality challenges
  • Foster a strong teamwork culture between back-of-house and front-of-house crew
  • Mentor crew members to develop their skills as future culinary team leaders
  • Communicate effectively with crew members and customers to ensure excellent customer service and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment
  • Oversee kitchen equipment to ensure proper maintenance and prompt repairs on any malfunctioning tools
