Dickies Arena, a state-of-the-art multipurpose venue with a seating capacity of 14,000, is situated adjacent to the renowned Will Rogers Memorial Center campus. The Culinary Supervisor role at Trail Drive Management Corp is a part-time position designed for individuals passionate about leading culinary teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Culinary Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage culinary team, ensuring adherence to bulk recipes and strict compliance with sanitation and safety standards. This position requires a high level of dedication to maintaining consistent quality in the execution of Chef-created menu items, reflecting the unique culinary standards of Dickies Arena. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Food and Beverage department leadership to develop and implement operational strategies that meet the dynamic needs of the venue’s diverse events.
In this supervisory capacity, the Culinary Supervisor will be responsible for training, mentoring, and overseeing team members to promote a cohesive and efficient kitchen environment. This includes ensuring all culinary staff have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively while maintaining accountability through ongoing oversight and coaching. The role involves direct operation support alongside the Chef Team to monitor ingredient inventory, supplies, equipment, and menu presentation to uphold the highest levels of food quality and guest satisfaction. Furthermore, the supervisor will engage with venue guests and staff, fostering positive relationships that enhance the overall hospitality experience. Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 17 years
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 17 years
- 1-2 years experience in a leadership role in fast-paced hospitality environment preferred
- previous experience in high-volume, complex food service operations
- comprehensive knowledge of high-volume food preparation focusing on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
- ability to complete projects reliably and expediently adhering to strict deadlines
- working knowledge of state and local health code requirements
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- ability to work well with others and maintain effective relationships
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- effective communication with management, guests, and team members
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Partner with the food and beverage department leadership team to ensure successful operation
- assist with enforcement of company policies
- support concept development and operational planning for food and beverage areas
- drive execution of signature menus, recipes, and special features developed by chefs
- assist in training, daily oversight, and mentorship of team members
- ensure team members have necessary tools to complete their jobs
- monitor ingredients, supplies, and equipment with chef team
- inspect and assess menu items daily and maintain proper inventory levels
- ensure exceptional and consistent food quality, presentation, and production
- engage with venue guests and team members to provide exceptional hospitality
- build and maintain strong relationships with venue staff, guests, and subcontractors
- assist with development of staff schedules according to event requirements
- be familiar with menu items, cooking methods, and presentations for all locations
- operate daily kitchen alongside chefs
- perform other duties as assigned
