Job Requirements
- Professional training or relevant experience in culinary arts
- knowledge of food safety standards
- physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting up to 50lbs and standing for extended periods
- availability to work during stadium events including nights, weekends and holidays
- good communication skills in English
- willingness to comply with safety and grooming standards
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Professional training through a culinary education or experience in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining or catering facility
- extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials, and services offered
- ability to obtain food safety certification
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- ability to read, speak and write in English
- sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
- ability to lift, push, pull approximately 50lbs
- ability to stand or walk for long periods
- availability for all stadium events
- ability to work extended hours including late nights, weekends and holidays
- practice safe work habits and follow all safety policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Follow Executive Chef and Sous Chefs assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation
- lead a team with respect and commitment to exceeding guest expectations daily
- perform daily uniform checks with staff and help maintain kitchen standards
- ensure compliance with portion sizes, quality standards, and departmental policies
- maintain HACCP standards including food temperature monitoring and cleanliness
- maintain kitchen cleanliness including walk-in coolers, storage, shelves, walls, floors, and drains
- ensure all food preparation equipment is clean, sanitized, and operable
- identify and properly store all food items according to standards
- participate in monthly inventory of department
- participate as a team player with responsibilities related to preparation, service and delivery of product
- adhere to uniform and grooming guidelines
- perform other duties as assigned
