We are currently seeking enthusiastic, experienced Culinary Supervisors to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis at Lambeau Field. This position is ideal for skilled cooks who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and have a passion for culinary excellence and delivering outstanding food service to guests. The Culinary Supervisor role involves supervising kitchen staff while ensuring that all food preparation and production strictly meet quality and safety standards. You will oversee critical kitchen operations such as inventory control, food rotation, labeling, and ensuring that all equipment functions optimally, maintaining both high standards and efficiency.

The role requires effective leadership skills to train and develop team members and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with restaurant managers and other staff to positively impact guest satisfaction. Culinary Supervisors will perform opening, closing, and various side work duties, actively controlling food costs within established parameters, and ensuring adherence to labor control measures and inventory procedures. This position demands strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and dedication to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and culinary quality.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in a back-of-house restaurant or food service position, in a high-volume environment, required
  • One-year supervisory experience in a restaurant or service environment preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to complete and maintain required food safety certifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to remain on feet for the entire length of shift, constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
  • Ability to lift, balance, and move large food trays, weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Majority of time spent alternating between indoor, climate-controlled environment and variable temperature warehouse and kitchen

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in a back-of-house restaurant or food service position in a high-volume environment
  • One-year supervisory experience in a restaurant or service environment preferred
  • Associates Degree in Food & Beverage or related field preferred
  • Ability to complete and maintain required food safety certifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise all team members and ensure food preparation and production meets quality standards
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers and ensure all kitchen equipment is in working order
  • Effectively supervise proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food
  • Perform opening, closing and side work duties
  • Actively work to maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership
  • Adhere to and enforce inventory and labor control measures
  • perform inventory counts as requested
  • Train new and existing team members, under the direction of management
  • Partner with team members and restaurant managers to satisfy guests
