Currently, The Davenport Grand Hotel is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Culinary Supervisor to join its culinary team. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.00 and provides an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment. The Culinary Supervisor will manage kitchen food service operations, oversee culinary staff, and ensure that all meals meet the highest quality standards. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three years experience in the food and beverage industry
  • six months to one year supervisory experience
  • food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work full-time

Job Qualifications

  • Three years experience in the food and beverage industry
  • six months to one year in a supervisory position
  • some wine and fine food knowledge
  • ability to read, write and speak English fluently
  • food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • effective communication skills with public and team members
