The Culinary Supervisor role within Legends Global reports directly to the Concessions Chef and is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of assigned kitchens. This position requires a leader who can effectively manage kitchen staff, ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, and contribute to a culture of excellence in guest service. The ideal candidate is someone with culinary education or substantial experience in fast-paced, high-volume dining environments. They must be capable of overseeing food preparation, maintaining strict adherence to portion control and HACCP standards, and ensuring that kitchen cleanliness and sanitation are upheld to the highest levels.
In this role, the Culinary Supervisor will lead their team by example, conducting daily uniform checks, supporting the executive and sous chefs with opening and closing procedures, and communicating daily progress and operational needs. They will be responsible for inventory tasks, inspecting food storage practices such as proper rotation and labeling, and ensuring all kitchen equipment is maintained and safe to use. The position demands strong multitasking abilities, physical stamina for extensive periods of standing and lifting, and availability to work all stadium events including nights, weekends, and holidays. The pay rate for this role is $22.00 per hour.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional culinary training or equivalent experience
- Food safety certification or ability to obtain
- Previous experience in fast-paced, high-volume culinary environment preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50lbs and standing for long periods
- Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
- Must be available for all stadium events
Job Qualifications
- Professional training through culinary education or experience in fast-paced, high-volume fine dining or catering facility
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials and services offered
- Ability to obtain food safety certification
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced, team oriented setting
- Ability to read, speak and write in English
- Must have sufficient mobility for assigned tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling
- Ability to lift, push and pull approximately 50lbs
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Availability for all stadium events including late nights, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Follow executive chef and or sous chefs assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation daily
- Lead a team with respect and commitment to exceeding guest expectations daily
- Perform daily uniform checks with staff and help chefs to maintain standards in the kitchen
- Ensure assigned staff prepare food items complying with portion size, quality standards, departmental rules, policies and procedures
- Maintain HACCP standards ensuring high quality of food, food temperatures, rotation of product, cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen including walk in coolers, dry storage, shelves, walls, floors and drains
- Ensure all food preparation equipment is clean, sanitized and kept in safe and operable condition and report issues to chefs
- Identify and store meats, poultry, seafood, pasta, starches, dairy products, and other food items according to established standards
- Participate in monthly inventory for department of responsibility
- Participate as a team player with responsibilities related to preparation, excellent service and delivery of product
- Adhere to Legends uniform and grooming guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
