This position demands keen attention to detail and an understanding of commercial kitchen equipment and operations. The Culinary Supervisor works closely with culinary leadership to monitor kitchen equipment for any signs of malfunction or wear and promptly communicate issues to maintain smooth operations. Maintaining compliance with cleanliness, safety, health department, and EcoSure standards is essential.
