Whether working in restaurants, hotels, sports venues, casinos, or retail operations, employees are supported with training, development, and career advancement paths. The company is also deeply committed to equal employment opportunities and diversity, ensuring a welcoming and respectful workplace for all individuals regardless of background. This opportunity is for a full-time Culinary Supervisor position at Climate Pledge Arena, with a competitive pay rate of $30.45 per hour. The Culinary Supervisor will oversee the maintenance, cleaning, and performance monitoring of key kitchen equipment. This is a vital role to ensure the safety, efficiency, and quality of food preparation during high-volume game days and events. Being in a fast-paced environment, the successful candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while collaborating closely with culinary leadership and kitchen staff. The position offers flexible work schedules with shifts including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. It also provides an opportunity to be part of an exciting, dynamic atmosphere where team members thrive on serving guests while maintaining operational excellence. Delaware North’s robust benefits package includes weekly pay, employee discounts, training opportunities, and potentially health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid vacation and holidays, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement for eligible employees.
