The company manages a diverse range of food and beverage operations within the stadium, including concession outlets, suites, all-inclusive areas, and clubs. Additionally, Delaware North operates J. Leinenkugel's Barrel Yard Brewery, Bar, and Restaurant, which is well-known for incorporating Milwaukee's rich local flavor and culinary traditions into its offerings. With over 100 years of family-owned business history, Delaware North has created a global legacy of delivering exceptional hospitality experiences across iconic sports arenas, national parks, casinos, hotels, and retail operations worldwide. The company is committed to fostering professional growth and providing supportive environments where employees can thrive and build long-lasting careers.

The role of a Culinary Supervisor at Delaware North Sportservice at American Family Field is a seasonal, hourly position offering a competitive pay range of $15.00 to $20.00 per hour. This position is perfect for experienced cooks who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and are passionate about delivering culinary excellence and outstanding food service. The Culinary Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing food preparation and maintaining high standards of food quality, sanitation, and presentation. As a Culinary Supervisor, you will also be responsible for maintaining kitchen equipment, assisting with inventory management, and supporting the training and development of new culinary team members. The position requires a hands-on approach to managing food cost controls, sanitation standards, and organizational practices within the kitchen spaces such as walk-ins and freezers. Supervisors will execute banquet event orders (BEOs) during catering functions and actively participate in team meetings to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. This role includes varied shift schedules, requiring flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays to meet the operational needs of the stadium during game days and events.

Delaware North values its team members and offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support their well-being and professional development. Employees enjoy weekly pay, flexible work schedules, employee discounts, extensive training opportunities, and access to health, dental, and vision insurance for eligible team members. Additional perks include 401(k) savings plans with company matching, paid vacation and holidays, parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement.
