Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation and supervisory role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry

Job Duties

  • Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and meets quality and presentation standards
  • Ensure food and ingredients are properly labeled and stored to standards
  • Maintain required logs and temperature checks accurately
  • Create positive associate relations leading to high engagement and low turnover
  • Lead team fairly, firmly, and consistently
  • Train team members and ensure knowledge of expectations and certifications
  • Troubleshoot kitchen equipment issues and provide alternate solutions
