Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in food service or culinary operations preferred
- Ability to work full-time hours including evenings and weekends as needed
- Completion of sanitation certification required or willingness to obtain it within the first year
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Physical ability to perform tasks associated with food service environment
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
- Completion of a sanitation course prior to or within first year of employment
