Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service supervision preferred
- completion of a sanitation course prior to or within the first year of employment
- strong communication skills
- ability to work full-time including sporadic evenings and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
- completion of a sanitation course prior to or within the first year of employment
- experience managing food service operations to optimize costs and efficiency
- ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties
- Create and manage employee schedules
- supervise daily tasks to ensure efficient operations
- uphold food production safety and quality standards
- maintain a secure and organized storage area
- ensure meals are served safely and according to menu requirements
- keep accurate food safety and temperature records
- conduct routine equipment maintenance checks
- monitor and assess staff performance
- provide guidance to food service employees
- maintain a safe work environment
- cover for absent staff as needed
- participate in team meetings
- encourage positive communication among team members and clients
- assist with catering event preparation and delivery
- perform cashier duties
- support additional projects as assigned by management
