Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year experience in food service or related supervisory role
- completion of a sanitation course either prior to or within the first year of employment
- ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- strong organizational skills
- effective communication skills
- ability to manage and motivate a team
- flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required

Job Duties
- Create and manage employee schedules
- compile production packets
- supervise day-to-day tasks to ensure efficient operation
- uphold food production safety and quality standards
- maintain hygienic work environment according to health and safety regulations
- ensure accurate food safety and temperature record-keeping
- monitor and assess staff performance to promote productivity and motivation
- oversee inventory updates and equipment maintenance records
- conduct routine maintenance inspections and recommend equipment upgrades
- cover for absent staff members when necessary
- communicate regularly with team members
- participate in staff meetings
- promote positive relationships and communication among team and clients
- organize and ensure timely preparation and delivery of catering events
- perform cashier duties
- assist with additional projects as assigned by Food Service Director or Manager
