The position of Culinary Supervisor at Aramark offers a full-time career opportunity within its dedicated Food Services Team. In this role, the Culinary Supervisor is responsible for scheduling tasks, managing production processes, maintaining food safety and hygiene, supervising staff, and supporting overall operational excellence. They play a critical part in maintaining high standards of food quality by adhering to established policies and guidelines, ensuring meals meet menu requirements, and that food storage is safe and organized. Additionally, the supervisor is tasked with managing inventory, overseeing equipment maintenance, and suggesting improvements to support operational efficiency.

Employee development is a core component of the Culinary Supervisor's duties. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service supervision or management
  • completion of sanitation certification within the required timeframe
  • ability to work full-time including potential evenings and weekends
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • capability to handle physical demands of food service environment
  • adherence to health and safety regulations
