Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- two to three years of experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
- ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift and transport food and items up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- ability to perform physical tasks like reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- ability to read, speak, and write in English
- follow and encourage team to follow all safety policies and procedures
- report all safety incidents promptly
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- professional training through culinary education or experience in high-volume fine dining/catering
- ability to interact with co-workers
- extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, specials, and services
- assure compliance with service standards and inventory control
- basic knowledge of food preparation, guest relations, and etiquette
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- ability to read, speak, and write English
- ability to lift and transport food items up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- availability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- mobility to perform production tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods

Job Duties
- Set up and prepare all food items
- opening and closing duties
- replenishment and rotation of stock as directed by the Chef
- set up of non-food items for shift
- maintain high sanitation awareness
- input daily event sheets and reports
- produce menu items according to company standards
- follow directions precisely
- maintain work area and proper food storage
- work as a team with other associates and departments
- adhere to company guidelines
- exceed guest expectations
