We are currently seeking dedicated full-time Culinary Supervisors to join our Food Services Team. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of food preparation, safety, and service within our operations. As a Culinary Supervisor, you will work closely with managers to oversee daily food production activities and manage staff to ensure a seamless workflow. Your responsibilities will include scheduling tasks, managing inventory and equipment, enforcing food safety protocols, and supporting employee development. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or culinary supervision preferred
- completion of sanitation training

Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives

Job Duties
- Create and manage employee schedules
- compile production packets
- supervise day-to-day tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- uphold food safety and quality standards according to policies and protocols
- maintain organized and safe food storage
- ensure meals are served according to menu requirements and designated times
- uphold sanitation and hygiene standards
- accurately complete food safety and temperature records and address any arising issues
- keep inventory updated weekly
- maintain equipment records and schedule routine maintenance
- suggest equipment upgrades as needed
- monitor and assess staff performance to encourage development and motivation
- provide guidance and support to food service staff
- ensure workplace safety and hazard-free environment
- cover for absent staff as needed
- maintain regular communication with employees
- participate in food service team meetings
- foster positive relationships among team members and clients
- stay informed of catering schedules for timely event preparation and delivery
- work sporadic evening and weekend catering functions
