Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or culinary supervision preferred
- completion of sanitation certification within the first year
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong communication skills
- capability to lead and motivate a team
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- willingness to participate in ongoing training and development

Job Duties
- Create and manage employee schedules
- compile production packets
- supervise day-to-day tasks to ensure efficient functioning
- maintain food safety and quality standards
- ensure safe and organized storage of food products
- uphold hygienic conditions per health and safety regulations
- accurately complete records documenting food safety and temperatures
- maintain updated inventory records weekly
- keep records of equipment maintenance needs

- monitor and assess staff performance for development and productivity
- provide guidance and support to food service staff

- cover for missing staff as needed

- work evening and weekend catering functions as required
