Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or culinary supervision preferred
  • completion of a sanitation course within the first year of employment
  • strong leadership skills
  • effective communication abilities
  • capability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
  • completion of a sanitation course prior to or within the first year of employment
  • experience managing a food service program to optimize costs and efficiency
  • ability to perform basic mathematical computations
  • strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • ability to manage emotions and interpersonal conflicts effectively
  • excellent communication and leadership abilities

Job Duties

  • Schedule and manage employee tasks and production processes
  • supervise day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure efficiency
  • uphold food quality and safety standards following established policies
  • maintain accurate food safety and temperature records
  • oversee maintenance of inventory and equipment with regular updates
  • monitor and assess staff performance to support development and motivation
  • manage communication and foster positive relationships within the team
