Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or culinary supervision preferred
- completion of a sanitation course within the first year of employment
- strong leadership skills
- effective communication abilities
- capability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
- completion of a sanitation course prior to or within the first year of employment
- experience managing a food service program to optimize costs and efficiency
- ability to perform basic mathematical computations
- strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- ability to manage emotions and interpersonal conflicts effectively
- excellent communication and leadership abilities
Job Duties
- Schedule and manage employee tasks and production processes
- supervise day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure efficiency
- uphold food quality and safety standards following established policies
- maintain accurate food safety and temperature records
- oversee maintenance of inventory and equipment with regular updates
- monitor and assess staff performance to support development and motivation
- manage communication and foster positive relationships within the team
