Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service and supervisory role preferred
- knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- certification or willingness to obtain sanitation certification
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
- completion of a sanitation course prior to or within the first year of employment
- skilled in managing a food service program to optimize costs and efficiency
- capable of executing fundamental mathematical computations
- strong organizational and meticulousness skills

Job Duties
- Scheduling tasks and managing production processes in the workplace
- create and manage employee schedules
- compile production packets
- supervise day-to-day tasks to ensure efficient functioning

- maintain food products in a secure and organized setting
- ensure meals are served according to menu requirements and Aramark guidelines
- maintain a hygienic division in compliance with health and safety statutes
- accurately document food safety and temperature records
- update inventory weekly and keep maintenance records
- conduct routine equipment inspections and suggest upgrades
- monitor and assess staff performance to foster development and productivity
- provide guidance and support to food service staff

- cover for missing staff members when needed
- communicate regularly with employees
