Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or culinary supervision preferred
- completion or willingness to complete a sanitation certification
- strong communication skills
- leadership abilities
- reliable and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- basic math skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to follow all health and safety protocols

Job Duties

- accurately document food safety records and address related issues

- keep maintenance records of equipment
- implement routine maintenance inspections and recommend upgrades
- monitor and assess staff performance for development and motivation
- provide guidance and support to staff on operational guidelines

- cover for absent staff members as needed
