Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in food service or culinary operations
  • completion of sanitation course prior to or within first year of employment
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage and lead a team
  • basic math skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties

  • Create and manage employee schedules

  • complete food safety and temperature records accurately
  • update inventory weekly

  • cover for absent staff members when necessary
