- completed or willing to complete a sanitation course
- food service supervisory or management experience
- ability to interpret and execute written and spoken instructions
- strong organizational skills
- basic mathematical proficiency

- availability to work evenings and weekends as needed

- experience in food service supervision or management

Job Duties
- Create and manage employee schedules
- compile and oversee production packets
- supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency
- uphold food safety and quality standards
- ensure timely meal distribution according to menu and safety guidelines
- maintain accurate food safety and temperature records
- monitor and update inventory
- conduct equipment maintenance inspections and recommend upgrades
- assess and develop team performance
- provide coaching and support to staff
- maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment
- cover for absent staff when necessary
- communicate regularly with employees
- participate in food service team meetings
- foster positive teamwork and client relations
- manage catering schedules and prepare for events
- perform cashier duties
- assist with projects as assigned by management
