Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a supervisory role within food service preferred
- completion of a sanitation course prior to or shortly after employment
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage and motivate a team
- knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- capability to perform basic math
- physical stamina to handle kitchen environment and tasks
