Job Requirements
- Completion of a sanitation course
- experience in food service management
- ability to create and manage staff schedules
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- skills in inventory and equipment maintenance

- capacity to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
- completion of a sanitation course prior to or within the first year of employment
- skilled in managing food service programs for cost optimization

- effective emotional regulation under pressure
- ability to address interpersonal conflicts efficiently
Job Duties
- Create and manage employee schedules
- compile production packets
- supervise day-to-day tasks to ensure efficient functioning
- uphold food safety and quality standards
- ensure secure and organized food storage
- maintain hygienic food service environment
- complete and maintain food safety records accurately
- manage inventory updates weekly
- monitor equipment maintenance needs
- conduct routine maintenance inspections
- provide staff guidance and support
- maintain a safe working environment
- cover for missing staff members when necessary
- facilitate communication among team members and clients
- organize and support catering events including evenings and weekends
- perform cashier duties
- assist with projects as directed by Food Service Director or Manager
