The position of Culinary Supervisor at Aramark is an exciting full-time opportunity to lead and inspire a team within a food service establishment. Culinary Supervisors play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day operations around food production, employee scheduling, safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or culinary supervision preferred
- completion of sanitation training required
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage and motivate a team
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- basic math skills
- capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
