The role of Culinary Supervisor at Aramark offers a unique and fulfilling avenue to advance your career within the food services industry. This full-time position is an integral part of the Food Services Team, where you will work closely alongside management to oversee daily culinary operations. As a Culinary Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing employee schedules, ensuring food quality and safety compliance, maintaining inventory and equipment, and supporting the professional growth of your team. Your leadership will help foster a collaborative and motivated work environment, encouraging positive communication and teamwork among colleagues. You will ensure that food preparation and service are aligned with established protocols and safety standards, maintaining accurate records and addressing potential safety issues promptly. Additionally, you will oversee inventory management, equipment maintenance, and the organization of catering events, which are vital aspects of ensuring smooth operations within your department.

This opportunity is perfectly suited for individuals who possess strong organizational skills, effective communication capabilities, and the ability to manage both people and production processes efficiently. Completion of a sanitation course, competency in basic math, and capability to handle workplace pressures with composure are essential to excel in this role. Aramark supports employee development through comprehensive training programs that include leadership development, skills training, and career advancement opportunities.
