Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or culinary supervision preferred
- completion of sanitation training required within the first year
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong communication skills
- leadership and team management experience
- capability to maintain food safety and quality standards
- physical ability to perform tasks involving standing and lifting
- valid food handler certification if applicable
- adherence to health and safety regulations
- willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
- completion of a sanitation course prior to or within the first year of employment
- skilled in managing food service programs to optimize cost and efficiency

Job Duties
- Create and manage employee schedules
- compile production packets
- supervise day-to-day tasks to ensure efficient operations
- uphold food production standards to guarantee safety and quality
- ensure food products are stored securely and safely
- maintain designated serving times according to menu and guidelines
- keep a hygienic food service area compliant with health and safety regulations
- accurately document food safety records and take corrective actions
- update inventory weekly and manage equipment maintenance records
- perform routine maintenance inspections and recommend equipment upgrades
- monitor and evaluate staff performance to foster development and motivation
- provide guidance to food service staff to ensure adherence to protocols
- maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment
- cover for absent staff as needed
- communicate regularly with employees and participate in team meetings
- promote positive relationships among team members and clients
- manage daily catering schedules and participate in event preparation and delivery
- perform cashier responsibilities
- assist with additional projects as assigned by Food Service Director or Manager
