The role also extends to event coordination and additional tasks including involvement in catering functions, cashier duties, and assisting with special projects initiated by the Food Service Director or Manager. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends occasionally is necessary to support catering events and other operational needs.

Job Requirements

- prior experience in food service or culinary supervision preferred
- completion of sanitation course required
