The Culinary Supervisor role at Aramark is a full-time position integral to the successful operation of food service establishments. This role involves overseeing food production activities, managing employee schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards. The Culinary Supervisor acts as a key link between the management team and kitchen staff, working closely with the Food Service Manager to coordinate daily activities and provide exceptional support to team members. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day tasks to maintain efficient workflow, ensuring food quality and safety compliance according to established protocols, and managing inventory and equipment maintenance to support seamless operations.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or culinary supervision preferred
- completion of sanitation training
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- basic math skills
- physical ability to perform job duties including standing for extended periods
- commitment to upholding health and safety standards
