The Culinary Supervisor position at Sodexo, located at Nazareth University, is a full-time role offering an hourly pay range between $23.00 and $29.00. This role is fundamental to enhancing the dining and service experience across various food operations such as fast casual dining, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, banquets, casual dining, and cafes. The Culinary Supervisor acts as a vital link between management and the service team, overseeing daily activities, supporting key functions, and ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of related work experience
- Ability to work varying shifts including days and evenings
- Open availability preferred
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Capability to lead and support a team effectively
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
- Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility

- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other assigned duties as required based on business necessities and client requirements
