The Culinary Supervisor role at Aramark is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity for food service professionals to step into a leadership role within a dynamic and dedicated Food Services Team. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service management or supervisory roles
  • completion or willingness to complete sanitation training
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • basic math proficiency
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
  • completion of a sanitation course prior to or within the first year of employment

Job Duties

  • Create and manage employee schedules
  • compile production packets
  • supervise day-to-day tasks to ensure efficient functioning

  • uphold hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • accurately complete food safety and temperature records and address issues
  • update inventory weekly with accuracy

  • monitor and assess staff performance
  • provide guidance and support to food service staff
  • maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment
  • cover missing staff when necessary
  • maintain regular communication with employees

  • manage daily catering schedules and prepare for events
