Job Requirements

- prior experience in food service or culinary supervision preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

- Create and manage employee schedules
- compile production packets
- Supervise the day-to-day tasks to guarantee efficient functioning

- Ensuring the high standard of food is essential for maintaining its quality and safety standards:
- Uphold food production to guarantee safety and excellence, following established policies, protocols, and departmental criteria
- Make sure that food products are kept in a secure and well-arranged setting that is free of potential dangers
- Uphold all designated serving times and ensure meals are distributed in accordance with the menu requirements safely and correctly, adhering to Aramark guidelines
- Uphold a hygienic division in compliance with health and safety statutes
- Make sure that all records documenting food safety and temperatures are filled out accurately, including taking the necessary steps to address any issues that arise
- Maintenance of Inventory and Equipment involves the regular upkeep and management of stock and tools:
- Ensure that the inventory is updated weekly with precision
- Keep records of the maintenance needs of equipment in the department
- Implementation of routine maintenance inspections and suggesting necessary equipment upgrades to fulfill the requirements of the facility
- Supervising and developing employees involves overseeing and enhancing their performance within the workplace:
