Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or culinary supervision preferred
- completion or willingness to complete a sanitation course
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- capability to manage and lead teams
- commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in interpreting and executing written and spoken directives
- completion of a sanitation course either prior to or within the first year of employment

Job Duties
- Create and manage employee schedules
