Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or culinary supervision
- ability to work full-time with flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Create and manage employee schedules
- compile production packets
- supervise day-to-day tasks to guarantee efficient functioning

- update inventory records weekly
