Job Duties
- Spearhead the creation and execution of culinary strategies that align with market trends and customer preferences
- Conduct research and analysis on food trends and competitive offerings
- Directly engage with customers to provide tailored culinary solutions
- Support customer innovation sessions and co-creation initiatives
- Serve as primary contact for key customers providing menu ideation and presentations
- Engage regularly with customers to facilitate culinary dialogue and business opportunities
- Manage and execute business plans to meet volume, net sales targets, and KPIs
- Maximize revenue through market-centric pricing
- Work closely with marketing, R&D, product management and operations to align culinary strategies
- Serve as a communication bridge between customers and organization
- Design and showcase innovative culinary products feasible for operation
- Provide support in developing culinary sales presentations
- Collaborate to create on-trend, unique menu solutions
