Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Spearhead the creation and execution of culinary strategies that align with market trends and customer preferences
  • Conduct research and analysis on food trends and competitive offerings
  • Directly engage with customers to provide tailored culinary solutions
  • Support customer innovation sessions and co-creation initiatives
  • Serve as primary contact for key customers providing menu ideation and presentations
  • Engage regularly with customers to facilitate culinary dialogue and business opportunities
  • Manage and execute business plans to meet volume, net sales targets, and KPIs
  • Maximize revenue through market-centric pricing
  • Work closely with marketing, R&D, product management and operations to align culinary strategies
  • Serve as a communication bridge between customers and organization
  • Design and showcase innovative culinary products feasible for operation
  • Provide support in developing culinary sales presentations
  • Collaborate to create on-trend, unique menu solutions
