Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • capacity to perform physical tasks such as bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods without sitting
  • effective communication skills
  • commitment to teamwork and professionalism
  • willingness to rotate through different concessions positions as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
  • previous cooking experience in a commercial environment a plus
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • high level of professionalism while working as a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • strong inter-personal skills
  • excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • must have a team-first mentality with eagerness to learn
  • able to perform physical requirements including bending and lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Set up and stock cooking and food prep stations before each event
  • prepare quality food according to recipe specs provided
  • memorize and utilize serving portion sizes and basic meal prep procedures
  • maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
  • comply with food sanitation codes by properly handling all food
  • maintain a safe and well-organized work environment
  • ensure food is served, stored and prepared at proper temperature
  • clean work areas, tools, equipment, and dishes as needed
  • ensure food products are properly stored, covered, and labeled per health codes
  • work to minimize waste
  • maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
  • perform all other duties as assigned, including rotation to other concession positions as needed
