- Commitment to uphold food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments

- Willingness to relocate if necessary
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of the 19-week paid culinary training program or prior relevant culinary experience
- Ability to understand and apply food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong interest in culinary arts and hospitality services
- Capacity to manage inventory and stock control
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to pursue additional certifications and advanced training
Job Duties
- Attend a 19-week paid training program to gain skills and certifications in menu planning, catering, expert cooking techniques, culinary art design, food preparation, food storage, inventory, sanitation standards, forecasting, food inspection, food quality standards, cleanliness standards, station establishment, hospitality services, and temperature control point
- Utilize diverse cooking techniques to prepare meals that meet high standards of quality and nutrition
- Manage catering services and hospitality efforts to support organizational events and personnel
- Oversee inventory management ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness regulations
- Establish efficient workstations optimized for safety, cleanliness, and productivity
