Job Requirements

- Attend a 19-week paid training program to learn menu planning, catering, expert cooking techniques, culinary art design, food preparation, food storage, inventory management, sanitation standards, forecasting, food inspection, food quality standards, cleanliness standards, station establishment, hospitality services, and temperature control
- Apply culinary skills across diverse cooking and hospitality functions
- Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness
- Manage inventory and forecast needs accurately
- Ensure adherence to food quality and safety standards
- Provide excellent hospitality services to support organizational goals
- Participate in career development and promotion opportunities based on certifications and experience
