Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience as a chef and culinary manager
- Strong knowledge of menu planning and food production
- Experience in a variety of culinary settings such as cruise ships or country clubs preferred
- Familiarity with local health department standards and OSHA regulations
- Ability to manage culinary finances
- Proficient with computer applications like Microsoft Word and Excel
